manger problems

This apartment complex has went down hill in the last two years due to the manger, who is a drunk, if a person turns in a problem all they hear is complaining from her and still then there is the possiblties that whatever is broke still won't get fixed. A person can not believe anything that the manger says, the apartments are not worth what you have to pay, everything in them is old, the only good thing at those apartments is there is a swimming pool if they now have it fixed. It was a relief to move from there
It is not a great place to live at.

The manager at arbors of bastrop does not do her job. She will not fix things, when you turn it in she gripes about it instead of taking care of it, and ignores the fact that it needs to be fixed. She will drink on the job and she is the major problem. She also will not take care of people that will not go by the rules of the place and breaks the rules herself.

this is the worst place i have ever rented there is mold in the aptment the manager is so not doing her job just sucks

This place is not worth what you pay for. The apartments suck the appliances are nasty you will not have new ones the old ones have been there for years. The carpet is very nasty in every apartment and the service sucks.
